Ive long liked the idea of htmlArea and have now started using it in some clients applications to give them some control over there own site. The beauty of it is (unlike version 2) its is now cross browser capable making it one of the best on the markets. Dont be fooled by the beta status though, the only reason it is holding of back there is becuase the documentation is not completed along with a few extra translations of the code.
