I've just came across this post on CF-Talk pointing to an article on cfdj. The article goes through and show how to setup CFMX,CF5, and Blue Dragon on one instance of IIS, with all the code in one place. Definately handing if you want to test the different servers, check your code is cross compatiable, or just about to upgrade.
