If you have missed this being announced there is a new CFEclipse 1.1.18.12 build out now. Mainly adding support for CFMX 7 tags. There is also a weird bug which can be cured by either

1. Going to Window > preferences > workbench > keys Select "CFML Editor" in the first drop-down and select "Insert br Tag" on the second. Move your cursor to the name input in the 'key sequence' fieldset and type the key sequence you'd like to use. Then click add.
2. Upgrade to Eclipse 3.1 M7.

I would personally recomend upgrading to the 3.1 M7 build of Eclipse - mainly for the increase in performace and speed.
