An All-purpose Editor for Eclipse - Afae

I prefer lightweight editors most of the time when it comes to coding which is one of the reason I wanted to ensure CFTextMate was kept alive (I will be back on that soon). Eclipse is one app that cannot fill this roll all to well; That was until I came across Afae from Rob Rohan (the guy likes his editors).

Rather than being to clever and all knowing its a lightweight plugin that support multiple languages such as Go, CFML, Java, Objective-C, Javascript, HTML, and loads more. This means you can get in there and code without waiting for the IDE to catchup.

The plugin does so much more than I've said here and it well worth adding it to your instal. Check it out at: wiki.robrohan.com/index.html#Afae
