Free stock photo site
Always on the look out for the free stock photo sites i came across this great site.
The photos are uploaded by users, but before they go live are set to pending, and reviewed. This ensures a good set of quality from what ive seen. Well worth a look with a library of 80,000+ photos, 2500 users uploading, and as of today 562 new photos added.

they are also community-based, but good quality. while not free, they are very cheap. (charges basically pay to run the site, no $100 fees)
