Microsoft XP SP2 cont.
Well i downloaded the 266mb download and have just installed it on my this PC. It took some time check my system, backup and apply changes, but it got there. There's a couple of big changes that are noticable straight away like the Firewall, plus V5 of Windows Upadate. But the total amount of fixes is something like 850+, but thats just my rough guess taken from this list - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;%5bLN%5d;811113

I too have successfully applied the update. It took about 30 minutes and seems to have worked brilliantly. I'm running CFMX 6.1, MySQL, SQL Server 2000 and nothing has broken, yet. I disabled the Googlebar popup blocker in IE, don't need it anymore.

Well it's been 12 hours now and the worst side effect of the sp2 update was that the bookmarks in my IE links toolbar were all arranged alphabetically. The horror!
All going well here as well. Load up time of windows seems a little slower to me, though i could just be paranoid and paying too much attention to something that i never really cared about. Also my Sygate Personal Firewall seems even quiter with the MS one in place aswell.
FYI: if you put images in your blog entries you need to make then absolute links so they show up when you read entries by RSS :)
