Flex Builder 2 for Mac, finally!!
WooHoo, I don't know if he was the first, but Sean has just mentioned that Flex 2 beta for Mac is out!.
Though as David mentioned in his comments, ". Some day, we (Mac users) won't have to wait 6 additional months for apps.". Fingers crossed, knock on wood and all that, that this isn't the same for Fireworks.

I was probably the first because I knew it was going up on labs and was checking for it fairly frequently - I definitely blogged it within 15 minutes of it being posted :)
Remember that the main delay was that Eclipse 3.1 - the stable release when Flex Builder was created - had bugs on OS X that prevented graphical plugins from working. Once 3.2 came out, it became possible to port Flex Builder to the that code base and release a Mac version. CFEclipse has also had to face compatibility issues between 3.1 and 3.2 (the latest beta of CFEclipse only recently became available for the older 3.1 version).
If Eclipse 3.1 had not had those bugs on OS X, Flex Builder would almost certainly have been a simultaneous release on Win/Mac.
