Hi Andy,

Great tip - thanks! For any other Mac newbies like myself who hadn't yet figured it out, the equivalent appears to be Function-F5 on a Mac.

I spent at least a minute increasing the volume on my iTunes song before figuring this out :-<

Best Wishes
Peter

Hi Peter, and welcome back to the UK :)

You can turn F key control via the System Preferences, which I found make life easy. Also if you do do that it makes using the Expose keys (F9-F12) very handy (thats if you havent found them already it took me a week too).

Hi Andy,

Thanks - you just saved me a bunch of time. And I'd been WONDERING how people did all that cool Expose stuff, but hadn't had the time to try to figure it out. Sorted now!

Best Wishes,
Peter

Just one more tip (along with some bad, shameless self promo) I've got a post up with a set of links for newbies like us just to help get the feet on the ground. :) http://www.andyjarrett.co.uk/andy/blog/index.cfm/2...

If you do have a look and see anything i've missed drop a comment.

Take it easy!

One of the other cool things I love about FireFox (among many many things), is that with the Web Developer extension, you can update the Source of the page and the page will change in real time without refreshing.
