Cfeclipse ANT build update 2
I've just updated the code to the CFEclipse ant build to use the new 1.3 download URL. The reason for the change (as Mark pointed out) was the the project is moving away from CVS and to SVN so the nightly isn't the up-to-date location to download the latest build.

OH, Andy! In about 30 minutes that svn location wont be good anyore either.
We are currently migrating the svn repo to http://svn.cfeclipse.org/. There is also going to be a matching Trac site at http://trac.cfeclipse.org
